They've hosted some of the industry’s leading creators since first opening in 1986, including the likes of Alan Moore (Watchmen), Daniel Clowes (Ghost World), Chris Ware (Jimmy Corrigan), Kevin O’Neill (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen), Eddie Campbell (From Hell), Joe Sacco (Palestine), Jill Thompson (Scary Godmother), Adrian Tomine (Optic Nerve), Jeffrey Brown (Clumsy), and Bryan Lee O’Malley (Scott Pilgrim). Past events have included signings, launch parties, and live performances while their regular calender includes a monthly reading group, a workshop for creators to discuss their current projects, and a discussion group that explores the storylines of popular characters - perfect for new readers.

Throughout the year they release Gosh! Exclusive Bookplate editions of titles they feel passionate about. They also have a range of exclusive prints including featuring work by Kristyna Baczinski, Marc Ellerby, and many other talented creators. But that’s not all, Gosh! also have a collection of orginal artwork for sale that is constantly being added to.

As well as the bigger names in comics Gosh! work hard to showcase the outstanding talents of creators that self-publish their work. They also stock books from international independent publishers that can often be hard to come by in the UK including books by Koyama Press and Retrofit. Gosh! also deals in rare back issues, regularly buying in collections of Bronze and Silver age comics.

If you would like to find out more, or are after a particular comic, pop in or give them a call!
