For a recent Norwegian charity appeal, IKEA - in association with Red Cross - constructed a flat in their flagship shop which replicates a real home in Damascus, Syria. Although small and makeshift, it represents a home for 10 and features cards which describe the challenges normal people face - food, water, healthcare - amidst the ongoing civil war...
