This is a tough watch. Three years ago, University of Bedford sports science student Julian Cole and his friends were out clubbing in the town. They went to a venue, Elements, but were ejected during the evening; however, they later returned in order to get a refund. When there, Cole, who measured 5ft 5 and wasn't drunk at the time, was seized by bouncers and then by six police officers who took him to a police van. During the course of the encounter, Cole's neck was broken, leaving him paralysed and brain damaged, requiring 24 hour care at a residential home. He was 21 years old. Julian's Wait show us Cole's family as they visit him and reflect on what's happened. A man's life transformed for the worst in moments and a search for justice that has taken years.
