Boozy entrepreneurs Kyle Addison and Avery Platz have invented a social network with a unique twist - users can only access it when they're drunk. LIVR works with a breathalyser that plugs into the bottom of your iPhone. If you register a high enough blood alcohol level you can log in, play crowdsourced party games, see where other drunk people are in proximity to you, and even "drunk dial" people. Pretty ingenious stuff eh?

UPDATE: OMG WE GOT SCAMMED. LIVR was an elaborate hoax.
