Over the weekend veteran actor Meryl Streep earned a lifetime award at the Golden Globes ceremony. Streep took the opportunity to announce the 2016 performance which stunned her the most; Donald Trump's mockery of disabled journalist Serge Kovaleski. “This instinct to humiliate, when it’s modeled by someone in the public platform, by someone powerful, it filters down into everyone’s life because it kind of gives permission for other people to do the same thing," Streep stated.
