RUSSIAN GAMERS SWATTED DURING ONLINE MATCH

Swatting is a practice as smart as it is easy and vindictive. It usually takes place online, when one user (a gamer, forum dweller, blogger, etc) gains the details of another user they wish to victimise; with a home or work address, the first user will contact the police and report gunshots or something similarly extreme at the address. The result is that the police will arrive in full force: heavily armed, kick down the door, startling everyone within. It's pretty rough.

Here's one happening live on cam in Russia.
