The Jacamo-clad man in the middle is László Toroczkai, the far-right mayor of Ásotthalom, a town on the Hungarian border with Serbia. Unsurprisingly, László isn't too chuffed about the refugees passing through his country on their way to a life free from barrell bombs and ISIS.
To vent his disdain, he made this totally nuts action mini-movie, featuring motorbikes, drones, horses, and his bros in the Hungarian police force. Hungary recently made it a crime for refugees to cross their borders, which the UN has branded "not acceptable."
Don't tell that to László. I very much doubt he listens to Ban Ki-moon.
