UK charity Street Child has come up with a unique way to help victims of Ebola this Christmas. The Pass the Presents campaign tells you how foregoing the cost of a particular gift could provide victims of the disease with specific things. For instance, donating the price of that designer handbag your mum's planning on buying you could support an orphan for an entire year!
Seeing as the bag will probably be out of style soon anyway, it's worth ringing mum up and telling her to give the cash to Street Child instead.
Visitors to the site can learn what the equivalent of buying other types of presents would do to help an Ebola orphan in east Africa, so head there now to see what your Christmas list could provide.
