As well as the classics, The Nomad Cinema play host to a fine selection of new movies, with Birdman, The Theory of Everything and The Grand Budapest Hotel making an appearance this year alongside Gravity and Under The Skin.

The full listings can be found via the website - there's so much to choose from we suggest you go at least twice!

And because the showings are all scattered around different locations, every experience will be entirely different from the last. One evening could be spent watching charming indie film Little Miss Sunshine in the leafy surroundings of Queen's Park. Another time you'll find yourselves getting lost in the somewhat more eerie location of Brompton Cemetery where the aptly chosen Alien and Pan's Labyrinth are being shown. We can barely brave Pan's Labyrinth from behind the sofa, so this atmospheric venue will be a whole new level of experience and is our top pick of the season!

For something a little lighter we suggest Napoleon Dynamite which shows in Grosvenor Square as part of Grosvenor Film Festival in July.

The regulations at each venue vary slightly so it is always worth checking before you book, but mostly you are invited pack your own picnic if you would like to, or alternatively make use of the top notch food and drink on offer. With the Sipsmith Sipping Bar, Mosimann's, Company of Cooks, as well as street food vendors including ATE, Madame Gautier,  Engine Hot Dogs, The Cheese Truck, The Bell & Brisket and more all there to provide you with something tasty to munch on!

If you're feeling fancy you can even pre-book picnics or hot meals at some events! Or how about opting for the 'Magic Carpet' upgrade, available at many events, which includes fast-track entry, the best view going, a goodie bag, blanket and comfy seating. A lovely idea for a birthday treat or a special date!

Phew, that's just part of what Nomad have on offer. For full details, listings and information about individual events please check out

Tickets for outdoor events range from £12.50 - £20 with concession, premium, dining and gala tickets available at selected screenings.
