Our pals at Don't Panic London have just dropped another great video for Save The Children. This time, the focus turns to tackling the growing reading crisis among Britain's under-11s.
Shockingly, England is one of the most unequal countries in the EU when it comes to reading levels, second only to Romania. The gap among under 11s between the strongest and weakest readers is equivalent to seven years of schooling.
The worrying situation has prompted leading charities, teachers, parents and businesses to form a coalition called Read On. Get On, to support teachers and parents in ensuring all 11 year olds are reading well by 2025.
Just 10 minutes of reading a day can make a lifetime of difference. So switch off the TV and pick up a book!
