The Greatest SpareRoom Listing Of All Time

This £800 double room in Stratford recently appeared on SpareRoom, under the title 'Double room in lesbian house / women collective.' Here is the description:

"Dear potential house sharer,

Sonia and Calu here! We are a pair of queer-environmental-friendly-f lexible-vegetarian-keen-cyclis ts-free-spirits. We are into movement meditation, diy, women empowerment, giving “rubbish” a second chance, menstrual art, body acceptance, poetry, and creative expression. After many years of visioning a space it finally became a reality.

The house is a space that can hold workshops, one to one body / energy work sessions, cooking classes, shared dinners, women gatherings, creative nights, bike maintenance days, movie projections, meditation circles… and beyond.

We would like to share this space with a lesbian woman (or lesbian couple) that share our values and feel/s interested in being part of a queer collective. We highly prioritise communal living including sharing food, meditation (or any other mindful practices) and gardening (by the way, our garden is ready to be permacultured!). We like keeping the house clean and organised.

The double room on offer is spacious and has a big window overlooking the garden alleyway. There’s potential for growing food on that end of the garden. It’s furnished and newly painted. It has a wooden floor and a long wall mounted heater.

The house has a big bathroom with a bath, a laundry room, a big kitchen with plenty of storage and a garden.

Location is superb. We are surrounded by stations, 5 of them.
Access to 3 different cycle to routes, one by the canal!
Wholefood shop in Stratford shopping centre only 10 minutes by foot.
The Olympic park is just round the corner by bike, 5 mins.
Buses to central London at the end of the road.
Local mainstream and independent shops a block away."

That is all.
