It's been made by Arrels Fundació, a Spanish organisation that aids rough sleepers, and it features a man who was, until quite recently, homeless. As most of you know, YouTube pays users for the amount of views their videos acquire, as this means more advertising money for the site.
So this video has littered its SEO with popular keywords, in the hope it will increase views, thus increase ad revenue, and ultimately increase funding for Arrels Fundació. It's one of the more subtle charitable campaigns you'll see, but no less effective. Here's a few more views.
