When The Wolf of Wall Street came out, people tried to make sense of its message with specific regards to today’s Wall Street abuses. No one thought to connect Martin Scorsese’s film to today’s online journalism abuses, except for the smart kids behind the comedy collective Half Day Today!, who just put out a shot-for-shot remake of the movie’s trailer called “The Wolf of BuzzFeed.”
