The other day a video emerged of Kim and Kanye's two-year-old daughter, North West, shouting "I said NO pictures" to papparazzi as her nanny walked her to a ballet class.
It was super cute! It also reminded us that there are grown men who will wait in a strip mall parking lot to take photos of a toddler entering a ballet class. Fun.
Billboard magazine caught wind of this golden nugget of content, so ran the video on their site. When they came to share the story on Twitter, they posted the link with the above photo and the accompanying caption. You can see the not-yet-deleted tweet here. But as I'm sure someone at Billboard is going to come back from a cig break to a royal social media shit-storm, here's a screengrab.
In mitigation, they were presumably highlighting mother and daughter's shared disdain for the papparazzi. Given the photo and caption in question, a lot of people on the internet thought they were purposely creating a far more lascivious implication.
Don't Panic attempt to credit photographers and content owners wherever possible, however due to the sheer size and nature of the internet this is sometimes impractical or impossible.
